Starting in February and going through October 2011, we are offering free training sessions with water support in preparation for the Get Lucky Half Marathon, Minneapolis Marathon & Half Marathon, Minneapolis Duathlon and Monster Dash Half Marathon. We want to help you have a successful race.

All of our training is free for those who are signed up for our races. Our training sessions have had more than a hundred people at times, but our pace groups help keep you in a smaller community with people who run a similar pace as you. That way you can see the same people at many of the training sessions and make new friendships. The mood is relaxed and welcoming to veterans as well as people who may be training for their first big race. We also provide water, sports drink and gel for all athletes.
