We are glad you have volunteered with us and are earning bones thorugh our Incentive Program.  Here's what you need to know about redeeming bones for races:

Race Redemption Guidelines (effective December 2011)

• We do not accept partial payments of bones for individual races (i.e. bones plus cash). Please make sure you have the appropriate amount of bones prior to submitting a Redemption/Registration Form.
• Once a race is full we cannot guarantee race redemptions using bones.
• Once you are registered for an event you are responsible for adhering to the same guidelines as other participants.
• Races purchased with bones can be upgraded for a fee of 3000 bones + the difference between the races. All upgrade requests need to be in 2 weeks prior to the event in writing.
• Races purchased with bones can be downgraded for a fee of 3000 bones but no refunds will be made for the difference in price. All requests need to be in 2 weeks prior to the event in writing.
• Races purchased with bones can be switched to another participant for a fee of 3000 bones. All requests need to be in 2 weeks prior to the event in writing.
• Once bones are redeemed and processed we cannot refund them. Please plan accordingly. 
• Bones are only good for Team Ortho Foundation races.
• Bones can be gifted to a friend for the purchase of a race entry.
